Now you can pay your Assessments Online...
It's fast and easy....
You can either:

Make a "One-Time" payment
                      or;
Create a Free User Login which allows you to:
          - Save your payment and property information
          - Schedule Recurring Payments
          - Make one-time payments
          - Review detailed transaction history

You will need the following information to process your payment:

Management Company ID: 7065

Association ID: BLUE

Property Account # On your payment coupon

Simply go to: www.propertypay.cit.com. Click the "Pay Now" and follow the prompts
You can make a one-time payment using Pay Now or use the enhanced registration features to set up a flexible payment schedule and wallet. You can pay by either “E-Check” which is free, or use a “Credit Card”, which incurs a small processing fee charged by the bank.
